Take a course: videos, quizzes and certificates
How lessons unlock, how quizzes and assignments work, and how to get your certificate.
A course is a set of chapters. Your progress saves as you go, on any device.
Videos and reading
- Watch each video to the end and it's marked done. You can pause and come back; it picks up where you stopped.
- Some videos have a worksheet under them. Tap the paperclip to download it.
- Reading pages: read, then click Mark complete.
Quizzes, self-checks and assignments
- Quiz: answer the questions and reach the pass mark. The quiz says how many tries you get, and whether you see the right answers afterwards.
- Self-check: questions with no right answers, like rating yourself 1 to 10. It's done when you send it.
- Assignment: written answers or a file you upload. The coach reviews it. If they send it back with a note, fix it and send it again; it counts once it's approved.
When lessons unlock
- Some courses go in order: finish each lesson to unlock the next.
- Some chapters open on a schedule, a number of days after you start or on a date. Locked chapters say when they open.
Your certificate
Finish every lesson and your certificate is ready. Open it from the course page with Your certificate. It has its own link you can share or print.
Tip Stuck on a lesson that won't unlock? Check that every lesson before it has a checkmark, including quizzes and assignments waiting for review.
