Set up your family

Set up your family once. After that, signing up for anything takes a couple of taps.

The first time

1. 1Sign in, then open My family.
2. 2Type your first name, last name and phone, and click Set up my family.
3. 3Click + Add a kid for each child: first name, last name and birthdate. Birthdates matter: programs and teams use them to find the right age group.

Your kids' details

Open a child on My family to fill in what your club needs: USA Hockey number, jersey and sock size, an emergency contact and phone, and medical notes. Programs ask for anything that's missing when you sign up.

Another parent or guardian

Each adult should have their own login. Ask your club's front desk to add them. They can choose which kids each adult sees, which helps for split households.

Everything on My family

My family is home base. It shows:

• Coming up: practices, games and sessions for everyone in your family.
• Signed up for: programs, punch cards and memberships.
• Teams, Tryouts, Lessons and Volunteer hours, when you have them.
• Documents your club has asked for, and Messages from coaches.
• Payment plans and anything waiting for payment.
